I can hold your EFT payment for up to two months for medical reasons only. Should this become necessary, please click here to get an EFT HOLD FORM.


EFT CANCELLATIONS

For your protection, I cannot accept EFT cancellations by phone or email. If you phone or email me, you can never be sure that I received your cancellation. With a hard copy, you can be almost 100% certain that I received it.

Your written cancellation has to be postmarked or handed in at class by the 15th of the current month for it to be valid for the next month. Please be advised that we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations or "hold" requests that are received after the 15th of the month. The best way to cancel is to download the cancellation form and bring it to class or mail it directly to my business address (address is on form). I also accept the note you received with your EFT confirmation, or a simple, hand-written note.
