Carmen Held-Tauchar
Hi, my name is Carmen Held-Tauchar. I am the owner of the Jazzercise classes in Folsom. I have been enjoying Jazzercise since 1981, when I started in a US Army facility in Munich Germany. I am a German national, and I moved over here with my husband and daughter in 1995. My original profession is translator for English, German, French and Spanish, and after trying that and traveling the world as a flight attendant for Lufthansa German Airlines, I am now a mother and a Jazzercise instructor. I was certified in June 2000. I truly believe that what we offer is the best program on the market for today's busy individuals. Plus, it's tons of fun! See you in class! |

Annabelle Hansen-Keese
Annabelle was certified in October of 2007 and has since them become a very popular instructor. In July you will be able to find her just about any time at Jazzercise in Folsom. |

Kym Midkiff
Kym has been an instructor since October 1991. She was certified in Phoenix, AZ and moved here in 1998. She was an electrical engineer at Intel for 9 years before quitting to be a stay at home Mom in 2000. She is married & has two daughters: Kayla 6, and Megan 4, (and 2 cats). Kym helps out whenever she can, so you can expect to her just about anytime at class, and anywhere around the foothills area. She's a great instructor with a great sense of humor, so check her out. |

Shelli Teed Bose
Shelli was certified in February of 2001. She joined us in December 2005, and we can't think how we ever could have had classes without her. She's a great instructor. |

Melinda Mortimore
Melinda originally certified in 2001, took a little break after a couple of years and re-certified in March of 2006. I am very excited to have her on my team as a sub. Nowadays you will find her mostly in Rocklin. |
